Hello, I am Joe Fox. Over 45 years ago, I began my journey in natural and alternative health. After recovering from an illness using holistic protocols, I studied at the Polarity Health Institute. My wife Kathi and I served there for ten years sharing Totally Healthy Living. We later founded Total Health Fx, where I developed Total Health Manual Therapy. My proprietary style blends global techniques like Acupressure, CranioSacral Therapy, and Myofascial Release. This Brain-Body approaches restore balance, prevent and relieve body aches from stress, overwork, poor posture and injuries. My therapy serves as the centerpiece of  “The Fox-Fix” natural wellness approach and lifestyle.

Kathi and I live in rural Romoland. It’s outside Menifee Valley in Southern California. We enjoy gardening, keeping fit, and totally healthy living with  delicious vegetarian meals. Kathi has gone on to become a gifted and award-winning artist.

The one-hour Total Health Manual Therapy Treatment is a mobile service offering out-call to client’s home or workplace throughout Southern California.
