The intention of the Healthy Choices Wellness Membership Program is to provide low-cost, frequent access to live seasoned Natural Health Practitioners.

• *live one-on-one 30 minute  Naturopathic Consultation  in-Studio or by phone with Kathi Fox, Ph.D. Naturopathy, for your immediate family; learn to apply personal nutrition education and healthy living skills     OR
• *30 minute in-Studio Total Health Therapeutic Body Care Treatment or save up a couple or few months membership fees for a one-hour Total Health Body Care  by housecall with Joe Fox, Body Care Therapist and Certified Natural Health Practitioner, based on  introductory rates in each of our travel zones in SoCal for relief of pain, stress and stiffness     OR
• *$30 credit to Total Health Food Co-op for monthly orders of healthy foods and healthy goods at wholesale prices     PLUS ALL THESE FREE :
• *monthly Healthy Choices Newsletter, by email
• *access to the exclusive Members-only area of the Total Health Fx website for articles and videos on topics of wholistic, natural , and alternative health
• *low Healthy Choices Wellness Membership Program fee is only $30/month
• *more intensive Healthy Choices are available in the W holistic Health Fx OutPatient Program with  a combination of Naturopathic Consultations and Therapeutic Massage Sessions allotted in convenient 1-week , 1-month, 2-month, and 3-month programs
