I have known and worked with Joe for over 40 years. My first session was a birthday gift. I was so impressed I started a weekly program. Joe is a true professional. I have met Joe’s family and referred many of my friends and family to Joe over the years. Joe is a master in body work and always seems to find the spot that needs the most work. I have been in and am in a highly stressful profession. I believe that this was an excellent investment of time and money, not only because of the immediate sense of well-being that results from sessions with Joe, but on a semi-scientific comparison. It seems that many of my peers have succumbed to various ravages of old age, which seem to have spared me. Coincidence? I think not.

Joe Fox service was outstanding, his service was conveniently done at my home under my confirt zone , he arrived on time and explain everything he was going to do, as he was performing his service he was very personable and made me feel like a close friend within minutes. His service was perfect that I immediately felt relief in the area I was having tension days prior. I had nerve pain. Mr Joe is a person I would have in my home again and he is in my to call list for any therapy I might need if it joint muscle or nerve pain. For this I would rate him a 10 star. Thank Mr Fox!

I’d been dealing with chronic lower back pain for about a year, and it had reached a point where I could barely stand for more than 10 minutes without needing to lean against a wall or sit down. Whenever I accelerated while driving, my back would spasm, forcing me to lean forward to avoid excruciating pain.
During this period, I happened to attend a networking event and won a gift certificate for a session of manual therapy with Joe Fox from Total Health. I went to my first session
with some skepticism, thinking, “Well, I’ll give it a shot, but I don’t expect much after a year of constant pain.”
Surprisingly, during the session, I experienced some discomfort, but by the end, it felt like there was a slight improvement. Two days later, as I was driving around town, it suddenly
dawned on me that the pain had disappeared completely. It was like magic – no pain, whatsoever. And it hasn’t returned since. I’ve continued with regular sessions with Joe to keep my back pain at bay. I can’t recommend his sessions highly enough!

I had a treatment from Joe & he is absolutely amazing! He brought his therpy table, I kept my clothes on and he worked me out for a good hour and a half and really relieved a lot of tension, and pain! I highly recommend Joe for manual therapy! True pain relief!

I have many different treatments in spa’s and health clubs and I can say Joe is the best! He asked me a few questions about what areas were bothering me and what my daily activities are then tailored his treatment specifically to my body needs. He used several different techniques to help release the tension in my muscles including acupressure, and stretching. I have been struggling with a lot of lower back pain. Joe worked out some knots and then stretched and manipulated the muscles in my hips and completely fixed the issues in my lower back! Then he gave my boyfriend a little sample massage and he couldn’t believe how much better his neck felt. The next time Joe comes we plan to both get manual therapy 🙂

I have been proud to say that I have been using Joe Fox for over 15 years for simple things like aches and pains to injuries.
Joe has helped me not only relax the affected area, but inform me on how my body and muscles work. That not just the area affected is the problem but where the problem starts and is affecting the soreness or pain that I feel.
I spent the better part of 15 years as a golf instructor and dabbed in playing some small tournaments. Keeping my body in tune and relaxed was an intrical part of my life.
I went to other masseuses before I met Joe. Although some were relaxing, some were not. They did not help me in staying in tune with what I or my body needed.
Joe Fox Was and Is the answer to your body needs. I could not have made it without his work.

I was in pain and badly needed a massage. I called Joe and asked if he could fit me in that day. Joe rearranged his schedule, came to my office, worked on my aching body leaving me feeling relaxed and pain free.
Admittedly, I was hesitant and a bit nervous. Joe put me at ease and made the whole process painless. He focused on what I asked him to and spent extra time to make sure that I was more than satisfied before he left.
